i KNOW lol .... i haven't seen it in quite a while and bought the blu-ray ... that is still in it's shrink wrap ..... maybe it's time for some good ole old fashion romance ! lol
Valley Girl feels like a long-lost film of my youth! Would be fun to check it out again. It's hard to go wrong with practically anything with Audrey Hepburn. Roman Holiday would rank near the top. Great pix!
@Honey Bunches of Sadness In the Line of Fire is not a romance but, as I mentioned in my first post, is a type of movie I like b/c it has a romance threaded through it, along with a nice ending A well done thriller, but with some humorous and romantic moments - especially when Clint makes a remark about...of all things...pigeons.
These may have already been mentioned, but these are a few of my favorites... Always While You Were Sleeping Roxanne The Truth About Cats & Dogs
some Nicolas Cage ones, looks like Valley Girl has already been mentioned, I will add The Family Man (2000) It Could Happen to You (1994) Leaving Las Vegas (1995) City of Angels (1998)
Audrey Roman Holiday is my favorite of hers as well. Need to rewatch Sabrina - it's been over a decade since I last watched it.
Three newer ones and you can't beat Nicholas Sparks storylines Safe Haven https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3y8fFPPgdA The Notebook https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FC6biTjEyZw
how about The Lake House, that's also pretty good I am not sure if I've ever seen A Walk in The Clouds completely, just parts of it when it was on tv
Those whom like I did, enjoyed The Lake House may like Safe Haven, which has a similar "element," in it.
I was watching Outbreak (1995) yesterday also with Rene Russo, and I guess it's not a typical romance, but there is a good love story line between Dustin Hoffman and Renee Russo characters speaking about Dustin Hoffman, I only recently watched movie John and Mary (1969) with him and Mia Farrow, good romantic flick
I have it as an audiobook, and I think it is one story that must be either read or watched on screen. It became very confusing as an audiobook with all of the changes in scene.
not typical romance movies but there are two horror mixed with love story movies that I saw that I remember were pretty good, both are French movies Hostile (2017) - this one is like two stories, one is a horror survival the other a love story Mutants (2009)
