It’s from before my time, but a have a soft spot for A Mother’s Lament from Cream, Disraeli Gears. My old Pop use to sing that to me as a weird lullaby when I was little. Not sure what my Mum made of it, but it perhaps explains, at least in part, why I turned out as I did (with a morbid fear of plugholes… kidding ).
