    Oh good! Another Whigs fan!

I was going to venture The Twilight Singers, off of their S/T:
    "Love"
    "Annie Mae"
    "Verti-Marte"

I always listen to them in order.

(and then add She's So Selfish for one of the best 4-song runs out there...)

Excellent choice on the Crowes. Even though that entire album kicks from start to finish...

2 more from Traffic. More obscure, but I actually prefer both of these 3-song runs...

When The Eagle Fies... Dream Gerrard -> Graveyard People -> Walking In The Wind
Far From Home... Far From Home -> Nowhere Is Their Freedom -> Holy Ground

    Like I said, obscure.

Prefab Sprout: Andromeda Heights has a trio of similar sounding songs, which along with the title track are the clear standouts for me.

Definitely not my fave album but if there's a better three song sequence than this I haven't heard it:

    Breathe
    On The Run
    Time

...from Dark Side Of The Moon. Like I needed to tell you that.
