Who Dares Wins The first action of the SAS against the bad guys. (Love the last ten minutes or so too when they storm the embassy & destroy all the terrorists)
Coming To America - Mr Randy Watson with Sexual Chocolate "That boy's good!" The foot stomp at the end with the mic drop just kills me every time.
Just watched this movie for the first time in years. That's Rob Reiner's mother with the killer line.
I used to that whole scene memorized. I could pull off probably 80% of it now. "As you know, first prize is a Cadillac Eldorado" "Anyone want to see second prize? A set of steak knives" "Third price is your fired"
Also love the scene where Pacino's character lays right into Kevin Spacey's after he ****ed up Pacino' s deal. Classic over- the -top Pacino.
It is impossible to pick a favorite scene from this one let alone 20 favorite scenes, but here's a fun one:
The Country Club scene about an hour into Wes Anderson's Bottle Rocket', when Mr. Henry takes down Futureman. Drama, pathos, judo, sarcasm, etc. "Jonathan" "Excuse me?" "I don't think so."
A great scene in a movie full of ' em ! Especially like when Mozart improves Saliere's tribute song to him.
Saw this at the theatre when it came out. This scene got a huge laugh from the audience. I don' t think I ve heard a bigger one.
The Untouchables (1987) The stairway shoutout scene (over 9 minutes long) at union station to get the bookkeeper is one of the best! The slow motion effect was used perfectly. "You got him?" "Yea, I got him..." "Take him"
It's a fraction of a scene, but working from memory, (and I've only seen this in the theatre), when Bill Pullman wakes up in the coffin in The Serpent And The Rainbow.
