Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead I could choose any single scene to explain my love for the film. This one is one of the best.
Some of my favorites... The Man who shot Liberty Valence ending Duck Soup (8/10) Movie CLIP - I Object! (1933) HD Morons of the West - Blazing Saddles
At the end of-The Devil At Four O'Clock..Sinatra and Tracy getting ready to die-Sinatra[see ya round pops]-Tracy[I'll see ya].
Not a famous well known scene, but I love this one from A Bronx Tale... has such a range of emotions. This is the crux of the film in many ways. This scene has humor, deep morality, pain, confusion, etc. I love the dad line: "I lied now tell me everything."... Also the dialogue about the working man is sucker and to be feared vs. loved..... Love this movie altogether though. The time period of the 50s and 60s was a great backdrop for the film. Though this movie has a lot of great scenes for me, including the "Door Test" and Sonny putting everybody in the bathroom when C is throwing dice at craps. The music is really used well throughout the film to make things more memorable.
Where the beams cross-The scene in Ben Hur(1959)where Messala and Judah are reunited. There is an optimism here, engendered by their friendship that briefly holds sway, before it all went to hell. As always, the music carries the viewer along.
This is funny - From The Court Jester, when the clownish Hawkins is forced to duel the stony, grim Sir Griswold:
Solely for the musical soundtrack. In Marie Antoinette, after they're wed and descend the steps to the Cure's Plainsong, segueing immediately into the reception/party scene with New Order's Dreams Never End.
This. Is. It. I don't know how many people picked this same scene already in this thread and I don't care. I just had to post it.
I remember seeing Help for the first time on a colour TV. The “You’re Going To Lose That Girl” scene was so vivid and captivating to this day despite that I had never heard the song before. Others scenes too.
Young Frankenstein. At the cemetery and not going good. Marty Feldman says it could be worse. It could be raining.
