    I came to dig into Traffic steered by these SH boards , love them too :)

    I think it's worth of note that Fairport Convention and The Strawbs went to charts with fairly interesting releases that year: the former with "Angel Delight"; and Strawbs with "From the Witchwood" (the third and final album of theirs to include Rick Wakeman.)

    Well, none of those albums are from a UK based group, although John McLaughlin is English.

    "Survival" is definitely a favorite from that year thou.

    It's The Inner "Mounting" Flame btw.

    My favourite in 1971 was probably Led Zep 4 (ZoZo). Today, I play Rod Stewart’s Every Picture Tells A Story more. Few years had such a depth of strong or classic rock albums.
