when there's a few tasty crumbs thrown our way in this junk everyone gets excited and hopeful only to be letdown again and again...it's done...
I thought it was a real good Mid Season Finale, as this show has gotten better in recent episodes, after a few mediocre ones earlier this part of the Season, and looking forward to the rest of this Season(I assume will not resume until early 2023?). Although, I prefer my FTWD Episodes with Strand, as he is the Best Character on this Series-IMO, although great to have Madison back on FTWD. I will miss the Hottie, Alycia Debnam-Carey, but as a Zombie, she is now a Nottie. Wait, she is now dead, right? As, I never figured Madison was still alive. Looking forward to the New AMC Series, Dark Winds that starts next Sunday, along with the New FX Series The Old Man on June 16th starring The Dude, who is back after near death with Cancer and Covid. AMC also had a Great Series, 61st Street, which concluded it’s First Season a week ago with a Strong Season Finale. I am wondering if Gangs of London will have another Season on AMC, although was a UK Series, so guess can look up if it was shown over there, as it was a Great Organized Crime Series. It was the Most Violence I ever saw on One Season of any TV Series, but I can deal with it, as long as the Show is good. Really looking forward to the Final Conclusion to Better Call Saul more than anything else on TV.
Yes, on Talking Dead after the episode, the sh0wrunner said she will be fully recovered. Should be interesting when she and her mother are reunited next season. Thought it was a terrific finale...
The sooner the baby dies the better! I’m bored to tears about Morgan dealing with her, feel like I’m watching some soap opera.
Well, the showrunner on Talking Dead was lying or something else, but Alycia has in fact left the show. Alycia Debnaanm-Carey Exits ‘Fear the Walking Dead’: It Was ‘An Extraordinary and Life Changing Journey’ (thewrap.com) Maybe he is simply implying that they have a scene filmed with her dying/turning for next season.
Everything about the whole “Alicia has a bite fever and is having fever dreams” storyline was horrendously bad.
Last season this month. Who knows what will happed. I didn't like much ending on Walking Dead. There will be small series with cast too. Nothing of movies it seems....
An early review of the final season: 'Fear the Walking Dead' Season 8 Review: A Promising Yet Perilous Final Chapter
The Walking Dead-Dead City starts on June 18th! I look forward to watching how the relationship between Maggie and Negan evolves in NYC.
I missed the season opener apparently but I did catch the episode this past Sunday. It was fairly good, surprisingly enough. There was the return of old favorite characters, tension and suspense, grittiness and gruesomeness. A potentially interesting new villain and a refreshing jump in timeline helped as well. Maybe this won’t be a disappointing final season after all.
