Films where they got the wrong actor?

' The Shining ' is a really creepy read.
The movie is dull and uninvolving. Nicholson is much too hammy , Duvall is whiny and that kid is annoying.

 

“Camelot” should have had Richard Burton, not Richard Harris

I don’t know if Vincent Price’s health would have permitted him to play the lead in “Hook” but Dustin Hoffman???

 

Kurt would have been a good pick, but there was something about Harrison’s performance that said he didn’t care this fairy tale nonsense, which really worked for a smuggler caught up in a bad deal.

 

How do I dislike this, just kidding.

Yeah, I’m not a huge King but I felt like the book was something I should have read. I saw the movie on HBO about a year after it came out in theaters.
