I have a soft spot for it. '93 was such a strange time; heavy metal was largely out of the public's taste, but I remember Wasting Love on MTV. I remember Vanessa Warwick interviewing Steve Harris on Headbanger's Ball. Maiden was trying new things, which I appreciate. I like about half the songs. I actually quite like the Apparition; a rock-y vibe that is different for them.
I've been eyeing on pulling the trigger on the Iron Maiden S/T EMI100 series from Discogs for awhile. I had it back in the day and sold it off along with The Number Of The Beast, although I own NOTB UK EMI original vinyl which as stated is the best sounding. What I need to do is get The X-Factor, Rock In Rio, Death On The Road and The Final Frontier to finish off my 1990-2015 box set
This one sounds really good Iron Maiden – Killers Label: EMI – EMC 3357, EMI – 0C 062-07 450 Country: UK Released: 1981
Yeah it's good sounding but in this case the original Japanese pressing betters it- JPN is definitely my go to version.
Yes. Both the 1st and the 2nd Japanese pressing sound similar and are as good as the other one soundwise.

Gold star to @DoF for keeping this thread alive! I was in a buying mood last saturday and checked out the bins for some of the new Maiden reissues, but unfortunately it looks like the albums that I am most interested in are the first to sell (Fear of the Dark, Final Frontier). Then again, it's not as if I am really lacking stuff to spin at the moment...
How kind of you! Let me thank you with this: Iron Maiden – No Prayer For The Dying Label: Parlophone – 0190295852351 Format: Reissue, Remastered Country: Europe Released: 19 May 2017
