First music purchases of 2018

My first purchases of the year. Just found them during my lunch break

 

I’ve pre-ordered the deluxe Fleetwood Mac s/t coming on 19 Jan and the Beth Hart & Joe Bonnamassa album coming on 26 Jan. I have also bought a couple of older CDs from eBay and Discogs that are on their way: a Canadian original pressing of Thriller, a Japanese pressing of Fore and an original Sire pressing of the Pretenders’ debut.

 

Yesterday I have bought in a cd shop The Joshua tree U2 MFSL cd
30 euro. Cd in good shape

 

Paid for on 12-29-17 but haven't arrived all were figured in to my January music budget.

Last night I ordered two discs by a group called Harriet Tubman, haven't head anything by them but the musicians in it are good. If things fall the right way I'll see them next week.

 

Bought Michael Kiwanuka - Love And Hate

I heard his first album Home Again and was very unimpressed, but heard the track Cold Little Heart from this later album and it struck a different chord.

 

I had to reorder the new Scorpions Audio Fidelity disc from a different store online after my Import CDs order from way back never shipped.It`s only been a couple days but the tracking shows it in my town already and scheduled delivery tommorow.

 

My first purchase of 2018 just happened today.

I'm late to the thread, but I made my first purchases of the year a week ago. My in-laws gave me a voucher to the local music shop for Christmas which led me to get:
Muddy Waters, Johnny Winter & James Cotton - Breakin' It Up, Breakin' It Down
Bob Dylan/Various - The 30th Anniversary Concert Celebration (Deluxe Addition)
Pink Floyd - Meddle

The voucher didn't stretch far enough for The Best of Muddy Waters so I added that one from myself

I also used the Missus' birthday as an excuse to get Ziggy Stardust... and The Man Who Sold the World
