So, so many and the list would change depending on mood but I'll tell you one thing -
"Child in Time" would be on every single list I make ...

There are too many, but here are some defining:

Dire Straits - Tunnel Of Love
Madrugada - Majesty (Live At Tralfamadore)
    Led Zeppelin - Custard Pie
Porcupine Tree - Where We Would Be
Pearl Jam - Black (Live At Benaroya Hall)

My favorite solo by Page is probably "Fool in the rain", but his signature solo is SIBLY.
I'd say UFO Strangers in the night as a whole
Randy Rhodes- Over the mountain/Flying high again
The Beatles- And your bird can sing

    UFO -Let it roll
The solo starts at 1:42 and it's just brilliant how the solo transitions through the change to the slow part.

Not really. "Solo" is stretched to include extended riffing, melodic lead lines, etc. Sometimes I can't tell the difference, but Zeppelin's "Heartbreaker" has all three.

    Five Jimmy Page Guitar Solos:
    • NO QUARTER - TSRTS
    • OVER THE HILLS AND FAR AWAY - TSRTS
    • SINCE I'VE BEEN LOVING YOU - TSRTS
    • DAZED AND CONFUSED - TSRTS
    • THE ROVER - PHYSICAL GRAFFITI

1.Jimmy Liggins & His Drops Of Joy Orchestra /Goin Down With The Sun (1951)...JL guitar licks are on par with Albert King's Personal Manager from his influential 1967 record "Born Under A Bad Sign"...

Albert sure had his ear tuned toward Jimmy Liggins tone & style

2.Little Junior Parker / Sittin' At The Bar (1953)...Pat Hare's solo influenced every Rockabilly cat that followed including Moore , Perkins , Gallup & Burton

3.The 5 Royales / The Slummer The Slum(1958)...Lowman Pauling proving that reservation is a lot of times more & why Steve Cropper , Eric Clapton etc would have at one time paid good money to hold Paulings hat & coat

4.Otis Redding / Rock Me Baby (1965)...every note Cropper has played was lifted from Lowman Pauling & this rare X-Ray solo is one of his best examples

5.Ike Turners Kings Of Rhythm / Sad As A Man Can Be (1956)

...from the man that taught Elvis notes on a piano & scouted for Sam Phillips & other labels, the true King of RocknRoll opens this blast of unhinged rocking with a 20 second solo that is so powerful it has to be heard to be believed...

easily the 1950s hardest RocknRoll from the man that virtually created the hybrid of RocknRoll music & was tearing up stages , guitars & pianos while all the rest were still at home practicing moves in their mirrors

    The solo guitar on:

It's A Bit of Pain by Faust

Nine Kinds of Industrial Polution by Zappa/Mothers. (Can't believe no one has chosen this yet.)

I Heard Her Call My Name by The Velvet Underground (obviously!)

Can't decide on the other two yet.

Pete was the chief sonic terrorist back in the day when music meant a whole lot more than it means today...

I've been to Blues Festivals where they have a few guitarist on stage and they all stopped to listen to Jimmy, he gets a lot of respect from other musicians. :)
