I just watched the episode about The Doors, Muddy Waters, Elton. The record store was called "All Sales Are Vinyl" ... got a lol outta me, that one did. --Geoff
So I bought some Family Guy DVDs at an antique shop last week ("Seasons" 1 to 11 and 15, which means these actually cover seasons 1 to 9 and 13) and went through them. Currently in the middle of broadcast season 8 and - yes, this may seem like I'm overly sensitive - it gets really obvious how the tone changes during that season. Some episodes are just very hard to watch, like the one where Stewie falls down the stairs, gets knocked unconscious and develops a giant, maggot-infested wound on his head. Compared to the first few seasons, especially before the cancellation, it feels like a completely different show. I can’t help but saying that my personal favorite seasons are probably 2, 3 and 4.
