I’m not sure if it’s a glitch, but I ordered Traffic’s John Barleycorn and only paid $8.00 for shipping. It seems like there’s a limit of one lp per order so I had to place a second order for Cat Stevens.
It's not a glitch, it's a variation on a deep discount blowout bin sale. Instead of pricing records at $8 and giving you free shipping on orders above $25, they're charging you $8-$10/record disguised as a shipping charge. It's fine.
Ordered three pretty high value records (Eric Clapton’s debut, Tumbleweed Connection and The Jam Snap! ) this morning after seeing the “sale” linked to in the another thread. I figured the OP saw it advertised somewhere. Didn’t occur to me it could be a glitch. Figured they were just liquidating inventory and making money on the shipping which is $8 per record. Oh well. For $24 it will be worth a try. If it’s a mistake, they should refund me for the shipping. I guess we’ll see.
If that's the case, I would suspect it would say something like that, but it doesn't. Then again, it only lets you order one, so...... you may be right.
Double lp for $9….why not? I did put back the $8 lp in my cart as the shipping kinda offsets any discount. Can’t win em all.
