FS on EBay: Mark Lewisohn "beatles Live" with Flexi (in Beatles HMV Japan Box)

I'm selling an EX copy of Mark Lewisohn's long OOP "Beatles Live" book with flexi (visually graded MINT/like UNPLAYED, never dared to play it myself), as part of the HMV Japan first Beatles HMV CD Box Set. The box also includes four photo prints, but not the CDs (which were standard UK first pressings, as the box set was manufactured in the UK for export to JPN). Box and photo prints are MINT.
