Which is an insane thought, because Anthology and the Pepper box are completely different projects, with different goals and track listings, and there's more space on a Pepper release for "Carnival of Light" than there would have been on Anthology 2 (Disc 2) with all the other songs for consideration...Of course a 12 minute sound collage freak out track would have been weird to include in the MIDDLE of a tracklist on Anthology. But as the final track on an outtakes disc for the Pepper Box? More room for it there. Same for OANS. A nice Pepper sessions outtake of it as well as the completed and stereo remixed final version should have been on the second disc after "Penny Lane" and before "Sgt. Pepper"
