Besides Conrad-Johnson, Leben, HH Scott (I think back in early '60s) and Marantz (gold-toned silver on ref lines), which manufactures have used faceplates that were gold, gold-toned, or brass toned. I can't think of many...
    Pix appreciated if convenient.

My Goldnote phono preamp has a little gold face plate, as does the entire line.

Yes, H.H. Scott tube gear had gold faceplates. Some older Pioneer gear, predating the Black Plague, had "champagne" metalwork.

I don’t know how many they made, but this is the Nakamichi 1000zxl Limited

I have a Dynaco tuner that is "champagne" in colour. Normally the Dynaco line was in silver.

    No pictures, sorry.

I heard that Sonic Frontiers is well respected, they had great tube amplifiers. I saw one once but it was too pricey for me to take a chance on it. Besides I already was assembling my McIntosh gear, too late to change direction at that point. :)

The Dynaco PAS 3 was in champagne, as was the FM-1 and FM-3. Not sure if the PAT-4 was in Champagne or not.

For looks alone nothing - no other component I’ve seen - comes close to Jadis.

How about gold fronts, backs, tops, bottoms and sides?

I always associate real gold with high end German brands, they seemed to love the bling look at one time, I'm trying to think of anything beyond Marantz and their champagne that was commonly available in the UK and pretty much drawing a blank, possibly some nineties Pioneer ranges, I know there were others, just can't remember what, as for proper gold I think that was considered too vulgar for the UK.

Perhaps I need to watch some of those YouTube vids of Japanese shops and their used stock to jog my memory.

That's a new brand to me. Like the minimalist design ethic.

Fortunately for me, very little has ever been considered too vulgar in the former colonies. :)
I'm actually quite surprised by how tastefully so many of these designs have been handled. The Accuphase gear really slays me.

Gorgeous, like a CJ Classic 62 that's been sent to a France for finishing school.

As they say at the McDonald's drive up, "gimme an order of 18 gold sides, hold the 'burger.

Not a full gold faceplate, but I like the black component with gold touches:
