George Harrison All Things Must Pass 50th Anniversary Edition - contents, outtakes & sound quality

Did they jump the shark with the Uber? I like the box, but the figurines look kinda
cheesy. I will be a buyer though!

 

Really looking forward to some SQ reviews.

I thought it was 3 discs of outtakes, rarities and demos

The Uber looks so nice and tempting. Must. Be. Sensible. 5cd and Blu-ray will probably be fine right? Maybe a little splatter???

 

But, wait. Is the new mix on the 1st 2 cds or the blu-ray? It just dawned on me the original mix might not be on the SDE. All the more reason to hang on to the 2014.

 

the only thing i whet was my pants when i saw the uber set price.

 

Seems to me that the old mix is absent, which is fine with me.

Can't wait to see the track-listing. A lot of music was recorded with a number of top-tier musicians and contributors.

 

If the prices hold up, hats off for keeping the 5CD set to $150.00.

Given the Harrison estate’s more recent pricey offerings, I figured $2-250.

$150.00 is a nice surprise.

I’m thinking 5CD set and maybe the splatter vinyl.

The Uber set looks nice, but I can’t justify that price.

Pie Collectors Edition was my ceiling.

So, with all these other price points, I think the Harrison estate did a very nice job keeping these prices reasonable (excluding Uber).

 

If I buy the Uber set, my wife will kill me.
