“Give up the Funk (Tear the Roof off the Sucker)” -- 3:39 Single version

I saw the animated show "Tales of..." ? on George Clinton and his various offshoot bands last night and i'd love to get the 3:39 Single version (I find the (5:46) album version to be overly long and repetitious for my tastes) of “Give up the Funk (Tear the Roof off the Sucker)”

Any suggestions of Various Artists comps which include the 3:39 Single version in good sound?

I searched the web, couldn't find anything.

Also, different sources say the song came out in 1975 and some say 1976.

or at least a shortened edit, seems a few seconds longer at 3:46

 

And Amazon doesn't have one mp3 sample of any of this series to check out the sound quality. That doesn't make any sense.

 

Well, my guess is why there are no samples is that they are out of print, they were released in 1993.

Completely removes the "tear the roof off the sucker" chant. Maybe a censorship thing?
