It started as a joke...

 

And a funny one too! Those were the days!
But it's a week later and see what's happened; exploding threads, grown men lying awake about how to finance both the stereo- ánd mono-boxes, debates about the mixes...
There will be times when I think about this light-hearted joke and maybe I'll rev-visit this innocent place.
Meanwhile I'm off to the second thread and ask provocative question about what's wrong with the mixes George Martin made in the mid-to-late-'70s! Hah!
