FWIW, minutes ago I started a return at Amazon CA and the return options were Canada Post or UPS.

 

Very strange...it must be a region by region issue. I just tried again to initiate a return and don't have Canada Post show up.

That's the one I got. If the only problem is that corner split, I did well getting for $88. I was worried about it. According to the tracking info it spent a few days just sitting in a warehouse in Scarborough, but it finally made it.

 

Congrats. Enjoy it. I thought for the price I paid it should be in perfect shape.

That's the worst. I have had them do that to me before. Luckily all the disc's were fine, but I still complained. Packaging like that is not acceptable and i let them know it! I think they ended up giving me a partial refund. Please complain.

 

It's going back for refund. They offered an additional 20% off and I declined. Maybe 40% and I'd have bit.

There's packing tape all over the damn box!

 

I’ve taken many gambles on warehouse with no disappointments yet. Best deal was a $300+ guitar case for just over $100. Marked as damage bigger than 3”… the damage was on the shipping box. Case was as new inside.

I’ve had one record with a bit of tape on it, that came off cleanly with a bit of care.

however, I’m expecting to get something like this someday. That’s what returns are for.
