I don't think there are plastic inner sleeves with the Judas Priest CD box set.

 

No. They will be just cardboard mini sleeves. I am ashamed to say I got one to flip too.

 

I bet the guilt is unbearable, list it here we won't notice.

If you watch the youtube unboxing video i posted earlier they do have plastic sleeves but more like sandwich bags. Didn't look nice. Also the print quality was said to be a bit dodgy. Still for $12!!

 

If you score a $12 set then you have to post the evidence lol

 

According to this link, Vic Anesini mastered "Rocka Rolla" and "Sad Wings of Destiny" in the Judas Priest box. Great news, as the current discs I own of these two albums don't sound great. Hopefully we receive the set....easily worth the money just for those.

My Judas Priest box is preparing for shipment

 

The unboxing didn't show an actual SEALED box being opened. Pretty sure the guy added the plastic sleeves. (before filming) I've never found plastic sleeves in any of these type of box sets.

 

Those sleeves reminded me of the cheap "showercap" plastic sleeves that are commonly found in some Australian 1980s final. Really unattractive. Maybe he added his own then? Looked quite shabby IMO...

It seems everyone that ordered the JP set either a) doesn't know their music or b) hates the sound on the set.

I liked Victim Of Changes when I was a teenager. I may open the set and listen to it. Just not a huge fan if these guys. I wonder what I'll get on eBay for it? Maybe I'll use it to trade.
