Be aware there have been loads of complaints regarding pressing quality in reviews on Amazon and on this forum. Having said that, I have one and it's perfect... sounds amazing, too! Might've been temporary as it's showing $20.54.
Got it! Thanks. A decent album with some really good songs and some forgettable. Definitely worth $10.
Well, those Deep Discount Entertanment deals didn't last long. Got the Stones Red Voodoo Lounge Uncut 3lp tho, gotta call that a good morning's work
Got the Tumbleweed Connection my fave by Elton. Thanks all. The Temple of the Dog was a good quick deal. But, gone. Oh well. Great records. Reach Down! Great one.
I just checked my Amazon preorder of this and see the release date has been moved to 2 weeks to June 14th
There were 15 available when I checked out. By the time I was done (and posted the link here), there were 8.
Well, thanks for your honesty, I guess... Unfortunately, you’re not the first to buy 2, to “fund” 1. On the flip side, let’s keep in mind that @aperfecttool thankfully had this forum in mind, to the benefit of other members here, when he posted and shared this deal: If he did not (perhaps suddenly inspired to reap a profit solely for himself), then the main intent and purpose of this thread would be non-existent.
So what you’re saying is that it sucks but you’re buying it because it’s cheap. Sounds like a case of pretzel logic, but another band took that title already.
whoa dude makes you think! good deal: Can - "Ege Bamyasi" - Reissue, Pallas Pressing: $17.96 (Amazon seems to be one of a few places that actually has this in stock and at a sub $20 price) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00LX65...olid=2I32RTHD15MYJ&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
definitely. for the albums, i can justify the price breaking down to equal or less than vintage copies. otherwise, the originals sound quite good and aren't expensive.
How do you keep up with this? Do some of you have all of these items in your favorites on Amazon and it will update you in price changes? The temple of the dog and two Stones sets were great deals.
Chick Corea and Steve Gadd - Chinese Butterfly 3 LP - $8.03 plus $3.99 shipping Amazon.com: Buying Choices: Chinese Butterfly [3 LP]
Currently spinning Kamasi Washington - Harmony of Difference which was posted here earlier. This is excellent! Great stuff! Thanks for the rec - $13 well spent I’ve caught him live a few times but never as a headliner. I might need to grab some tickets to see him and Herbie when they come through Denver in August.
Bob Dylan Original Mono Recordings Box $141.11 Lowest price since 2012...RTI pressing 1st 8 albums included: Bob Dylan The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan The Time They Are A-Changin' Another Side Of Bob Dylan Bringing It All Back Home Highway 61 Revisited Blonde On Blonde John Wesley Harding
That is one fantastic set, I bought mine when it was first announced and it's one of my favorite sets. If I didn't own it, the only reason I would steer away from it is if I planned to opt for the 45 RPM versions
Pink Floyd: The Story of Wish You Were Here - Blu-Ray $7.69 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007X6ZRO...olid=1EVXRZHXNFXJL&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
