That’s been my experience as well. Even with items listed as “good” condition, they have been near perfect. My last purchase was the Hoffman/ Gray CCR Cosmos Factory, listed as good condition. The only issue was it had a small cut on the cover, looked like it was from a box cutter when opening the box. I personally would not hesitate to buy from warehouse deals. I had considered buying the Buckingham copy, but at the time the new copy only cost less than a dollar more.

That's from the global store, and I think they charge shipping by weight since it's coming from outside the US.

 

I know it's been mentioned before, but you do hafta be rather careful with Amazon's Global Store because, unless it's changed, the shipping price can be really misleading on the item page as opposed to the checkout page.

Yes I have just received a single LP not the Emmylou Harris 6LP box. So trying to contact Popmarket/Collectors Choice via Discogs. I'm not very hopeful but will give it a go, and put it down to experience!

 

They answer the phone quickly and no hassle from the rep. Total elapsed time for me about 2 minutes

 

Thanks. As I'm calling from UK it might be a bit more complicated. I'll just see how they respond via Discogs. Good news it that the Prince 4Ever 4LP box arrived today with no complaints at £16. However that joy is somewhat offset by the lone Emmylou LP that cost £22...
