Not sure if this is applicable, but another option is to have it delivered to one of their alternate locations (Amazon lockers), and then pick it up when you get back. I've not done this myself, but I'd try it if I were in this situation. I'm very close to a main business area and there are actually at least 2 locations within walking distance, and probably a few more within a couple minutes driving. If the LP appeals to you for 6 bucks, it might be a viable option.
Thanks, I’ve not tried it either, but it’s a great idea. Thanks again for the suggestion! Edit: For whatever reason, it wouldn’t let me select Amazon locker for a delivery option - at least from the app. But I was able to change the day of my Amazon delivery day to another day that resulted in a new date that was after I got back, so was able to place the order for Paula Cole after all.

I never really figured out why her popularity plummeted after the mega hit album This Fire. It even eventually ended up in the cutout bins. With maybe 1 exception, her entire catalog is great.
Nice sleuthing, thanks so much for sharing. These two caught my eye with Crowded House being on my mental want list since it came out. I also ordered the Alex Somers sound-unheard based on the description. This should be totally in my wheelhouse. Much appreciated @DapperGentleman!!!
Depends how long you gone. There are Amazon lockers, they give you a about 3 days to claim. If you have local friend, they could receive the package or pickup the package from the locker.
The lockers are great, IF the item is shipped by Amazon. They are not available for 3rd party shippers.

This only holds marginally more interest to me than a Garth Brooks box, but it may to some. Sorry if it’s already been mentioned. Def Leppard - Vol 3 box - 9 LPs for $65: https://www.amazon.com/Vinyl-Boxset...id=1640672390&sprefix=def+lepp,aps,300&sr=8-3
Great deal on Alice Coltrane's Kirtan: Turiya Sings - currently $12.18 for a 2 LP set. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0957XJMZ...3-LNhRP9Ctk-F9kZoxiIiZzTH3Ie2hFM1JKIElbBHNCgg
Superior deal. I picked it up when it was in the $80 range and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The Yeah! albums are worth the price of admission alone while the studio albums from that period are certainly fun listens. I had those previously on CD but never really gave them the time for appreciation like I have done with the vinyl.
anyone have this one already? A bunch of reviews on Discogs commenting on surface noise and poor pressing quality.
came here to say that it's probably still $15 too high for me given what's actually in the box but i think you sold me.
Nice price on a wonderful album from The Felice Brothers, Life in the Dark - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01E0NK7V4?psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&ref_=chk_typ_imgToDp It's temporarily out of stock but I think they're usually able to fill these fairly soon. I'm glad to take a chance at least, love this album!

This one is down to $8.23 and is worth every penny. Mine arrived. yesterday. Overall a beautiful release with moments of jarring dissonance that adds to the cinematic appeal of the work in its entirety.
There is some great music on this Def Leppard set, and the quality of the set/vinyl is outstanding. I can't see how anybody would put it in the same league as the Garth Brooks sets.
The Jethro Tull “A” box is down to $23.79 right now. It’s been dropping by pennies over the last 12 hours or so.
