Yeah, the reviews aren't great ... but if you have Qobuz, you could have the 2-disk 2021 edition of this album for the artwork and packaging, and stream everything but the 12" single (2nd disk) in 24-bit/96kHz on Qobuz. According to one review on Discogs for this 2021 vinyl reissue, the Qobuz 24/96 sounds better than the LP.
Mediocre pressing for sure, but at that price it's not a bad deal. That's less than half what I paid for it when it was first released.
That quote is a good review of the product, I have the green version and my copy is quiet but dull and flat is a good description of the SQ, mind you turning up the volume helped somewhat with that.
There are some Amazon Warehouse copies of the Kylie album in the $15 range. I'm taking a chance on one of them. I love this album, so looking forward to having the extended mixes. My Stones album arrived in less than 24 hours after ordering, crazy. The vinyl gods must be smiling on me as it arrived in a box and all sides are flat and a nice-sounding pressing. Looks like it’s gone up to $38 and change but if it ever gets down to around $30 again it’s well worth it if you like the material.
