My Otis Spann is 'spanning' just fine on the hot-rodded Crosley (jk on that part!).

Totally cool to get wind of these Amazon deals and have product in hand the next day. I picked up the Kraftwerk Remix 3 LP along with this gem:

Label: Inside Out Music – IOMLP 612, Sony Music – 19439936121
    Format:
    Vinyl, LP, Stereo, 180g
Vinyl, LP, Single Sided, Etched, Stereo, 180g
    CD, Album, Stereo
    All Media, Album
    Country: Europe
    Released: Feb 25, 2022
Genre: Rock, Pop, Folk, World, & Country
Style: Acoustic, Folk Rock, Pop Rock, Prog Rock

The players all have a strong progressive pedigree (Neal Morse, Nick D'Virgilio of Spock's Beard/Big Big Train and Ross Jennings of Haken). This isn't a super proggy album but I'm hearing moments here and there. Clearly it is approached from a three-vocalist harmonizing singer-songwriter perspective. 3 sided 2 LP plus CD, great value at $16.97 that'd probably be an easy one to miss while browsing.

it dipped to a couple dollars less than that a while back. must not be a great seller? kind of surprised. i'm rolling the dice to see if it dips below $250.

I think it likely suffered sales-wise because of the high list price for sure. A lot of us preordered it for $330 when it was first announced, then watched it shoot up a hundred bucks a few days later. For $277, this is a complete no-brainer if you are on the fence.

i think many of these things a good deal but its relative...stones box went under $300 for 16 (14 not counting duplicates) albums so blondie 10 album should be low $200s

Everything that I ordered from the sale arrived new/sealed except Oh baby! by Big John Patton which was in shrink but opened and the paper inner sleeve was ripped. I almost returned it on principle but I cleaned and played it. It was scuffed and noisy so I am returning it.

Even at under $300, it only makes sense if you don't already own the original LPs. I'm waiting for the smaller box to go under $100. It's getting close.

Arguably true, sure. Or if you are a big fan and want to hear the new masterings of those original LPs. I think they sound fantastic compared to the two titles I had (Eat To The Beat and Parallel Lines). YMMV on that of course.

we probably have another thread about this, so sorry for derailing like @latheofheaven always does, but: can you tell me more about parallel lines' sound? my originals have always sounded quite terrible, tbh. tempt me, please.
