Just got an email from dead. Net saying that my order is on the way...
Isn’t it too early for the fourth DP of the year? I didn’t order any thing else, and they listed DP 33-36 as my order.
Anybody else get this email?

Yeah, it’s too early for the fourth Dave’s Picks — it hasn’t even been announced yet, has it?! Maybe a mistake on their end?

 

I got that email too. It lists all the picks for the year and checks 35 . . . which I received a while back now. If another shows up, I’ll gift it.

 

Yeah its another month away. However, when do they usually start taking Early-bird orders for the next series?

 

Past history (my subscription confirmations) indicates the last week of October.

 

The next Dave’s is to be released October 30. Isn’t that the same date as American Beauty 50th? How soon do we normally get an announcement? A couple of weeks before?

 

Yeah like mid-month usually.

Ah, sorry I misread your post. I was posting about the next Dave’s Picks, not the early bird subscription. But yes, it’s usually end of October / early November.

 

I got my shipping notice today! (CD was delivered on 8/6.)

This is the kind of thing that you always think is going to happen to other people's orders, not yours...

 

I hope I don’t get another DP 35! Maybe they’ll mistakenly ship some random item...mug, T-shirt, sticker, anything!
