Wow, I didn't know there was another take (and more outrageous version) of 'No More Heroes'!

I was only familiar with this broadcast version.

It looks like the broadcast version was Take 1? Subsequently, the production staff dissatisfied with their performance, asked them to do a Take 2, which was the version in your video?

If you include film appearances and "videos" they may be non-existent

Even excluding those there won't be many. A similar question was asked in another thread. I posted that Dick Clark said Jerry Lee was the only artist who refused to lip sync on one of his shows. Then somebody posted some clips from Clark's Beechnut Show with live vocals (IIRC one was Fats Domino).

Yeah, I wouldn't include promotional music videos, but any recordings of where they were performing live before an audience would count.

It has to be this performance of Too Old to Rock 'n' Roll by Jethro Tull. Ian somehow manages to drink beer and sing at the same time! Amazing.

Note "drummer" Chris Ethridge and "bassist" Michael Clarke

The greatest, or at least funniest, example of this I've ever seen was The McCoys doing Ritchie Valens' "Come On Let's Go" on a local Detroit dance party show.

Alas, that clip has been removed from YouTube...

I still get mixed up over "I Can Dream About You". I've lost track of who's lip synching who whenever I see random official videos.
