GSM Noise from one speaker

Have you been using this power strip every time you hear unwanted noise?

 

Yes, I tried a different power strip, same result (GSM interference and the unwanted hum are still there).

 

I had a pair of Anticables phono cables from phono pre to deck that were actually picking up fm radio (wxrt!), probably because I am near the top of a high ceiling 3 story building.
It was confounding at first but I finally just swapped the Anticables out with an old pair of Blue Jeans cables and it went away.
While it was going on I could mitigate it by touching the tonearm.
