Help identifying an album

Can anyone identify the yellow and black album over Cusack’s left shoulder? I remember it from when I worked in a record store in nineties, but I can’t seem to recall the artist. Someone here has to know...

 

It’s an album by a Tim Gane (of Stereolab) side project called Turn On, along with Sean O’Hagan of the High Llamas. Here’s a sample:
