Hi Fi News article from Nov '81

Who out there would have a copy? Trying to track down a review....

 

Why not get in touch with the magazine directly? They may have a review archive they could check for the article you're interested in.

 

I had someone who wanted to buy specific mags so I had a dig through my back issues two or three years ago and mine don't go back quite that far I'm afraid, but I'd be surprised if nobody on here has a copy, also try eBay UK, there are people selling complete years who may take pity on you or send you a copy for a small fee.

 

You could try NRC's National Science Library (formerly CISTI).

Do either a search from their site, or contact an information specialist using the contact form if that doesn't work.

When I used to work at NRC I used them dozens of times, and still use their services from time to time.

Doesn't seem like any library (I've tried my university library, the NRC library and the British library) has access to the digital archives....any subscribers in here?

 

They have an archive, and I can access every single review and article ever, but I need to buy a whole year's subscription....

 

Seems fair enough to me.
