History of the world Part 2

Anybody watch this yet. I am not optimistic.

 

Not seen it. Also pessimistic. I didn't like the 1981 movie, though, so grain of salt!

 

I enjoyed it! It’s not crucial, some parts definitely go on too long, but some jokes land wonderfully. Any show that features a scene with Ken Marino, David Wain, and Joe Lo Truglio will always be OK with me

 

Loved the original but most of this looks really bad.

 

I watched about half the first episode and didn’t think it was terrible, but also wasn’t all that great. Didn’t inspire me to keep watching more.

I thought the movie was hilarious when I was a kid, but the last time I watched it several years ago I thought it was pretty stupid and unfunny. So for all I know, the new one could be just as good as the original.

 

There’s a recurring skit that spoofs the Get Back doc with Jesus and the disciples. JB Smoove asking if he should do the accent cracked me up
