Nothing where I live but I'm 45 minutes from NYC so there's vinyl their. The last used vinyl I purchased at a B&M store was in Binghamton. I've bought used vinyl on eBay and new vinyl is available from the usual on line suspects.

Do you know what store it was? I was in Binghamton this week and I saw a store that looked like it sold CD's, Vinyl, Comic Books, and Books. Didn't get a chance to go in and I don't remember the name, but next time I'm in town, I want to check it out.

I have a question for the guys that voted 160-500 miles. Where do you live?

I'm already one of the more fortunate people here, but guess what, there's a new record shop opening on Saturday that is even closer to me, maybe 400 metres away, they aren't ready to open yet, but I got a preview this afternoon, lots of LPs both new and used with the emphasis on Jazz, Soul and Funk, although they also stock other genres, it will be interesting to see how it does.

I can't believe that almost 40% live within two miles of a store that sells vinyl. It's almost like some chose their residence to be close, not a bad idea lol.

Beautiful, but remote, if I am not mistaken :)

Yeh, It looks good but it's a bit inconvenient. Not 'remote' by Australian standards tho.

I'm beginning to suspect that the shops are choosing their locations to be close to me.:D

Well, I have yet to find any sign of a record store in Dubai so probably somewhere in Eorope would be the closest to me now. Missing them!

Maybe Pakistan or India, in the other direction you have Ethiopia or possibly Kenya, either way not close.

2 good ones near me, Princeton Record Exchange and Vintage Vinyl. About 10 miles for each.

It's so quaint when you hear people speak of "miles". I guess it goes with listening to records.

430km not sure what that is in miles so I chose the 160-500 option.
