I've just today found a statement on Amazon that the item was delivered on 27 May. It wasn't.

It was one of 4 cds ordered in early April. The other three items were received many weeks ago.

But the only options on the site for me to report the problem do not list Never received? Many other reasons are listed, but all referring only to items for Return.

    Well, I obviously can't return something I didn't receive.

Does Amazon.ca have an email or phone address for me to contact? TIA

Not certain but on some of my orders it provides a link that says "Problem with order" If I click on it it takes me to a page that says "What went wrong?" Below that it offers up a "Package didn't arrive" link along with other options. It might not be available if it says delivered. I'm not sure. I found this phone number for contacting Amazon to hopefully resolve your issue. Here's other info. from where I found it John.

"You will be asked to let Amazon verify your account by having Amazon text the number they have associated with your account (while you are on the phone) and once you have verified it, the automated system will guide you through some options, one of which is “about an order”, followed by “are you calling about an item?” Answer ‘yes’ to this, and then the system asks you about the item, and gives you the option to say that it never arrived. At this point the system will offer you a refund or a replacement.

You can also try using the Amazon Customer Service Chatbot if you prefer not to use the phone, although we have not tested it recently."

    Thanks Dave.

Hadn't seen your post before I found a number provided by another member in another thread -
    1-877-586-3230.

That got me to someone for Amazon.ca customer service this morning, who actually has already sent an email saying another copy of the same cd will be here on Thursday. All's well that ends well, so I won't post on this again if it arrives :)
