That 'poor' condition sleeve is enticing though...

Youve got to love these Discogs lunatics. He's got the budget Essential Status Quo CD from 1999 - only volume one, mind - for £26. then has the cojones to add £7 shipping. Thats one super heavy compact disc!! Good luck with that, mate.

£297 for a ROLLS Royce might be a good deal.

£499 for that DSOTM seemed amusing, until I saw what others were asking for it.

Seriously, what kind of a numpty would pay more than £100 for this, regardless of which pressing it is?

Ware Meet Da Beadles album. Scratchy but ware. $250. Rare! is Discogs norm.

Hmmm, I wonder if ivinyls is possibly a Forum member? I noticed his price is now £3.99.

This reminds me of a guy I come across on eBay from time to time. Everything he lists has eye-popping prices—records that should be $1-3 are $20-30, and it only goes up from there. He currently has a Phil Collins “Face Value” for $50. Of course, every single listing has “rare” in the title.

The weirdest part is that people apparently pay these prices. He has perfect feedback and nearly 2000 sales. Someone recently bought the “My Fair Lady” soundtrack off him for $50.

Who is this guy, and why can’t I get people to buy my records for those prices??!!
