  2. I just don't understand how the pirates manage to mangle these things. I mean, all they have to do is copy the originals - how hard can that be? It's just as easy to get it right as not. Even given OCR issues, you'd think they'd have someone on hand who understands English to check these things. English is the international language for business, even for pirates. But maybe not. Maybe it's done on purpose as a joke!

I feel terrible that you got a fake stereo box, but the examples are hilarious!

I want one now. It's going to take a few hundred posts to get tired of this.

Thanks to Mike The Fish, if I ever form a band, it's name will be Ringo Start and The Beotles.

If you really want the set, do what most of us did: pay retail.
If you must buy used, you take your chances.

Jeez, if I had an extra $100, I'd buy one of these just for the comedic value! I feel sorry for people who bought these thinking they were getting a good deal, but the examples on this thread are hilarious.

Hilarious stuff here. But how do the CDs sound on these pirated copies? Just wondering if anyone has listened and if there are obvious audio differences. Arnie

If you hear Clarence Walker's saxophone on the early hits, you've got a fake. :)
