Photos up now. Bought on Ebay. 100% positive feedback. The seller stated that it's rare to find in this condition blah blah. It's scratched to bits and stinks like its been stored somewhere musty.

The record has good sheen, but far too many scratches to be EX or VG+. Note that most of those are scratches and not paper scuffs. Some are paper scuffs, but I see a lot of scratches that are not aligned center to edge like paper scuffs are. Its better than Good. I would grade it VG (-) minus which is only one grade better than good. My guess is it will play quieter than it appears. Grading records is so very subjective. 10 guys grade the same record and you won't get a consensus unless the record is truly close to flawless. Some may think your record should be graded Good or worse. Don't think anyone will agree that it should be graded better than VG minus. This just happens to be my opinion based on your pictures.

Yeah, that’s definitely not EX (or VG++...same thing IMO) going by those pictures. I’d say it’s either VG- or G+, depending on how it played. I would return it and look for a better copy.
