I believe that people who bid early are behaving unethically. Who are these people that dare to drive up the price of an item that I am going to buy? I find it very nervy and quite rude!

 

I find it distasteful that you would entice a man to forsake his principles for a mere bauble. We can purchase the most expensive material items and surround ourselves with luxury, but in the end it is a man's moral code that separates him from the wild beast.

Please folks, forget what I said before about adapting to sniping. Just don't do it. I promise I won't do it any more. There's no reason to compromise ourselves this way when we should be up front and honest about not really having the financial wherewithal to bid and win. I just like the fun of being involved. Don't you?
