"This Is My Song" by Petula Clark - This is the one song I will guarantee will be at my wedding reception if I ever get married. While my bride sits in a chair, I will act this out with a visual presentation for her. Once a wedding date is set, I will get with my best man (the only one who will know about this) to create & practice it till it's perfect. He will be sworn to secrecy to insure the performance is a wonderful surprise that will touch everyone's heart. Really looking forward to this! As you listen to it, imagine it being acted out. Enjoy!

Trivia: This beautiful song was written by Charlie Chaplin!

I like this, but it's another song written by men girls sing that really do them no favours.

The story is, that the "girl" thinks she's now old enough for the boy to date, rather than her big sister.

The incentive being. "36, 21 ,35," her measurements!

Speaking of Petula Clark, her song "Don't Give Up" was one of my favorites when I heard it on the radio in 1968...I love the orchestration and melody.

Interesting tune! Old school female vocals with a touch of dirty sax and strings. And again, the record accompanying the video looked interesting, too.

The mono 45 version, as opposed to the usual stereo version is pitched faster by about three seconds. I assume the mono tapes were destroyed at some point.
