Have you got any updates as to when you're likely to receive yours?

I was lucky enough to find an ex demo / cancelled order here in the UK.

I've had mine playing for a good few hours on end at a fairly decent volume and no issues as yet but being near the window, I may need to move it when Summer comes round...

I have not, it left Italy almost a month and a half ago but upscale in the USA is saying nothing!
It will make it eventually hopefully before XMas

I agree that there better amps, and way better than the Heritage.

I have not received it yet! And I will let you know as soon as I do.
I got the Acoustic Signature tt and for some reason the manufacturer and I have been chasing a speed issue for three months so I asked for a brand new replacement

Sorry to hear of your TT. That’s certainly a nice one.

This post has my vote as the most relevant, useful, informative and passionate answer to any question I have read in all my years on the SHF! Bravo! I wish all my queries could be answered in this manner

What it is incredibly interesting about Pathos is that I have received more than 15 private messages from individuals in this and other forms telling me what a horrible experience they have had with Pathos support and the Heritage.
Many of them are very well respected and showed some kind of very credible information/proof.
Not just in the USA, but in Canada, England, Sweden, Norway, Spain, France and Germany.
I can’t return the Heritage because I did not want to buy a 3 year old $14k amp that had been in a warehouse in CA, so I asked for a factory new.
Although I reluctant to mention this, some in this forum have asked for my opinion and guidance, I want to be transparent.
Maybe I was too naïve on buying the Heritage but I hope I can enjoy it.
Maybe some of the people that approached me privately can comment too.
As fellow enthusiasts we should share the good and the bad without becoming a defamation comment.

Can you expand on the issues with the heritage you heard about? I only spotted a few comments from one poster on a YouTube video (about Pathos in general) but without much in the way of detail.

If you want to wait for your amplifier to arrive and give it a chance before you speculate then I would understand.

Mine was a cancelled order but still has a year warranty. The saving was enough to justify the slightly elevated risk.

Of course I will! hopefully never breaks!

As for the Heritage problems, problems with inductors, volume relays, input selectors-microprocessor, and power supplies.

    Just thought I would update.

Two months of faultless service from this amplifier. It certainly pulls at the heart strings. No regrets from me.

@Astolfo I take it you have now received yours?

I've owned a Pathos Logos Mk1 and a Pathos Endorphin for over 10 years and not really felt the need to upgrade. That's not to say I haven't heard better, but not at a price that feels like good value.

Reliability wise I've had a centre puck on the CDP that cracked and some sort of amp failure but that's it. Neither of which were catastrophic. There's a great Pathos service engineer just south of Reading so if you're in London and ever needed help, he's not too far away from you.

Fingers x'd your Heritage continues to perform and bring you joy!

Thank you for that. Comforting to know there's an engineer fairly nearby as these things aren't exactly easy to transport...
