I have recently found two boxes of old newspaper clippings from music magazines so I thought it might be fun to turn this into a new game , also inspired by this hilarious and highly entertaining thread- feel free to join in (sorry for threadcrapping)
Do you recognize these artists ?

 

They all say "Court of the Crimson King" - released Oct 10 '69 - is the first progressive rock lp.

It is Family "Music in a Doll's House" (released July 19 '68).

From the all-instrumentak Sammy D. lp, " Prog on. Give your prog to somebody soon, right away. Right away."

 

First time the word "progressive" was on a lp jacket.

(Forget those stories about first time being on some venue poster or some media twerp in his music article.)
