if you dont care for room acoustics do you really care for music?

im not suggesting you need to spend a lot of money to enjoy music. but if there's small things you can do, like figuring out how to place equpment in a room or other tuning tricks that can have a POSITIVE effect on the sound of your favorite music, then why wouldnt that be of interest?

 

it would be far more interesting with people on a forum that indeed WOULD show how they set up their room, comment on their journey, tell others how they came to their conclusions, gave tips on DIY, recommended stores where they could buy stuff etc etc rather than "i dont care"-attitude.

so i find neither your comment, or the one you love, helpful at all at any level. the exact opposite that one would look for in a forum like this.

 

Not exactly an enticing subject. I'm sure plenty of forum members treat the room and move on.

It's all about the music. My room makes good music plus it's not deadacated to just music.

I have wooden blinds that can be adjusted for diffraction. When it's warm I open the window, no nasty echo there.

I have a pair of Johnston and Murphy shoes and those are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn.

yes you can care for music even if you dont care for room acoustics but can you REALLY care? its not a statement. not a fact. its a question. thats why it ends with this "?"

and the important part is REALLY.

if you claim that people who dont care about room acoustics, REALLY care for music, then you must make your case. you cant just say "yeah man they care!" thats not good enough.

 

A good troll would know how to capitalize. Just sayin'.

 

Anyone who cares about posting would use uppercase at the start of each sentence....or learn to set their smart phone where it will do it for them.
