If you're gonna clean a lot of records with a vacuum machine.....

get some earplugs! It's loud, and it does make your ears hurt. I learned that tonight from cleaning without plugs. Ouch!

 

Dude, just crank the music up to drown out the vacuum. I've done that!

Just kidding. I don't clean more than a few at a time, so it's not a huge deal here. Mine's not any noisier than a Shop Vac.

 

I just plug my ears with my fingers and flip the toggle switch with my right foot.

 

I am using a Discman instead... helps to pass the time
