From the Original Master Tapes w/longbox

This is my third copy, I no longer have my first two purchases. I never bothered to ask the seller to check the manufacture; I just placed my bid and let it sit, and surprisingly no one else bid against me!

Is the longbox common? I just threw it in a drawer with the other scattered longboxes and box set boxes. (sorry if that upsets ya, Norm!!)

I can't wait to compare it to my 2 -CD BH Collection. I've listened a few times in the car already - how di dI go so long without re-purchasing this one?

The ink on the CD reads: Manufactured in Japan for MCA Records Inc. &0 Universal City Plaza, California USA. MCAD-5540 DIDX-203.

The inner ring reads: MCAD 5540 S50 1B (the last two characters are hard to read even with a magnifying glass), which is different than the ""MCAD 5540 M1E1" as detailed in the Special Notes on Steve's discography.

Any special suggestions before I make an EAC CD-R? Should I fiddle with the pre-emphasis?

    thanks

At least the colors won't get washed out by sun exposure! Actually, I may find an appropriate frame for it and display it that way. Of course, I'll probably have it cut it a little to fit it in the frame.

ya could asked!:) I explained all in the "what's your avatar thread"

it's amazing how I rely more on Google now than on my own memory. I don't think that's too healthy - I give in too easily rather than try to exercise my memory.

I bumped this one up because I would like to know if I need to adjust the pre-emphasis option on Exact Audio copy when I burn a CD-R. Also, what is the significance of the difference in the inner ring numbers.

    thanks
