Seriously - I am very bored with listening to things I've heard a gazillion times in my 50,000 year old life.
I don't want to hear any Classic Rock bands again - I'm reached my limit on the Classic Jazz - And there are only so many versions of Classical music that I can listen to before I'm over saturated.

    Now What?

Either dive in to modern music or put in some ear plugs indefinitely

Soul, reggae, blues, country - use Pandora to figure it out.

Also - take a break and do something different.

Drinking helps - brings it all back again. Some whiskey and Freebird starts to sound just like it used too - like hearing it fore the first time.

That is a good choice - I break out their box set that I have on vinyl when I get really bored of everything - precisely for this situation and it does help.

I guess I should assume you've also given up on foods you've eaten before. And people you've met before.

The world is collapsing around our ears
I turned up the radio - but I can't hear it

Seriously widen your music though, I'm "only" in my 20s however I probably have 300 or so albums I could name that I need to get that which I have never heard, and I know for 100% fact there's way more since a lot of them go into genre territory I'm not familiar with.
