Not sure if many Forum folks have access to an Ollie's Bargain Outlet (I think they are mostly in the Northeast US), but the new flyer that just arrived in our area has the hardcover book version of John & Yoko "Imagine" this week for $6.99. Definitely worth it at that price. In-store only, I believe. Most of their stuff is limited time bulk purchases, so depending on supply / demand they may not be there for long. https://www.ollies.us/currentflyer/...utm_source=OA_Member&cid=17767&mid=3039938735
Thanks for the heads up, I grabbed the last copy in my store tonight. They had lots of the McCartney biography that’s also in the ad.
Found the Imagine book at Ollie’s and well worth the $6.99 + tax that I paid. Hopefully, the Plastic Ono Band book will end up on the remainders table.
I found the hardcover of Elton John's Me for $4.99 at Ollie's. They still had more of the John and Yoko Imagine book for $6.99. That is a crazy price for that beautiful book.
Same here, my Ollie’s has plenty of copies of the Imagine book. Has anyone seen the Plastic Ono Band book at Ollie’s yet?
I found one of Bruce Spizer's Beatle books there and a few of Martin Popov's books on different heavy metal topics in the last year.
I was hoping that they would have the Plastic On Band book as well. They did not. Maybe smaller batches were printed based on sales of the Imagine book. .
