I have an order which was supposedly despatched on 31st October, and according to the global tracking was in transit to the Processing Center at 05:03 that day. Since then, the tracking information has not changed and 16 days later there has been no updated information. Importcds.com have still to reply to my communications to them. My question is, has anybody else in the U.K. had problems with their orders?
