Bowie is also a bit cold at the moment...not very lively.

Yet probably still more lively than Van Morrison and Eric Clapton!

I have bought this. It's great. It covers Fun Boy Three and the later Specials albums with half of them missing in depth too.

    "Good"? Nope. It's great! :uhhuh:

The 2013 original had an editorial by the man himself which opened with: "A whole magazine about me? How exciting!"

I have been searching for this deluxe edition of the Ultimate Music Guide to Radiohead. Anyone know when this issue will be available again? I need this one for my collection. [IMG]

Would you be happy with the original edition?

Thank You for the offer, but I already own the original edition. I just have been unable to find the deluxe edition anywhere.

Please, there's probably people here so unhip, you say Dylan, they think you're talking about Dylan Thomas, whoever he is.

Took delivery of the Shoegaze genre guide today and it's pretty bloody brilliant. 122 pages of great material. If you have any love/interest/nostalgia for this period then it's a must buy. Treat yourself.

Tried all the usual big supermarkets who normally sell these Ultimate Editions, to no avail, so have ordered this online today. I expect I will really like this one.

Couldn't find it anywhere on my travels either but ordered online and arrived today - looks excellent. With free P&P it makes sense to just order via their website as these music mags seem to being squeezed out on the racks nowadays.

Just don't expect it to arrive in great condition, it's shipped in a thin plastic bag only

My copy has no barcode or price on the front or back. Thought that was a little peculiar.

That's a real bugbear of mine with Bandlab. I'm paying over a tenner each time and it always arrives bashed and bent.

My copy also has no price/barcode..maybe it's mail order only?

FWIW I've ordered several issues over the past year or so from Bandlab and although it's housed in a thin plastic bag it's never been damaged. Depends on your postie I suppose.[/QUOTE]

That is my experience also and I have had a subscription for more than a year. While one or two might not have been minty-mint, none have been less than what one would get in any magazine store.

My Shoegaze mag is here, housed in plastic bag. Tiny bit of bashing to corners but agree no worse than from a shop magazine rack. This issue looks awesome!

In case you missed out on that Rolling Stones two-for, like The Beatles and Bowie editions, Mojo Collector's Series combines them in a single issue.
