    Wait until you hear the SACD of IN THE WIND. I'm pretty sure we used a tape that hadn't been touched since 1963.

    Enjoying the two Legends discs on Audio Fidelity, but still really looking forward to In The Wind like nobody's business....

    Sadly, I've already tired of the two Legends SACDs. I guess it's a generational thing since I'm really more of a Sixties music admirer. I was actually taking another listen to them yesterday, saying to myself as I listened, "What were you thinking?" I suppose I would feel differently if I were still in my 50s.

    I'm 40 and admittedly for most of the songs on Legends, only had them in MP3 form, many dating back to the Wild West days of Napster. So I'm just glad to finally get a good mastering of these babies. But my heart still yearns for In The Wind. I can't wait to hear the sheer vocal power of "Go Tell It On The Mountain" with Steve's mastering. No doubt it will be goose bump inducing.

    I hope you are right. I owned this album when I was 19 or so; IIRC it came out in 1962 or 63 and I bought it when it came out.
