"Indiana Jones" trilogy DVDs in November!

    Good thing too.

    I have Raiders and Last Crusade on widescreen laserdisc, unfortunately my LD player has finally crapped out on me (won't spin up anymore).

    I'll be looking on e-bay for a replacement player soon because I still have many LDs that don't have DVD counterparts yet - and some maybe never will (like the original Star Wars trilogy, and the original theatrical version of Star Trek The Motion Picture - oh, I like the new DVD fine, but it's nice to have the original too).

    I never got Temple of Doom on LD because, even though I think of myself as a completist, I just couldn't justify that one to myself. At least the DVD box set will complete it for me (even if the wife and I never pull that one out).

    I cant wait to have them, but I wish they had more bonus features, deleted scenes etc. Oh well.

    Hey, don't give a negative review to the vaporware. They have yet to provide a detailed list of what will be on the bonus disc. The only types of features that appear to be off of the table are audio commentaries.
